Our team have lived through many aspects of disability. We use our experiences to help others who have experienced adversity, and train our partners and collaborators to listen to and understand the individual needs of our clients.
We help people to navigate government and official paperwork, ensuring the correct needs are identified and processes are followed smoothly. That means there are fewer possible obstacles to people getting the assistance they require to access the workplace.
We’re here for those who want to re-enter the world of work, those who are thinking about the next steps (when they’re ready to go back to work) and those who want to set up their own business.
We know what we do is effective – some of the clients we’ve helped go on to train to work with us.
